Annie Kimblin
MBA, Diploma in Education, Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, Diploma in Marketing, Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, ENB 100 Intensive Care Nursing, MBTI and 16PF accredited.
Annie Kimblin is the lead consultant at Looking Glass Coaching and Mentoring Consultancy. She comes from a health care background and during her 31 years experience within the NHS she held a number of senior positions in intensive care nursing, (Senior Sister) strategic and operational nursing management (Deputy Director of Nursing) and learning and personal development (Head of Learning and Development) at the Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust.(ORH)
After successfully completing the Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring in 1999, she set up a successful Coaching and Mentoring Practice for health care professionals within the Oxford Radcliffe hospital where she worked until June 2006. Annie has also worked with clients in other organisations including Local Government, Health Insurance Companies and other NHS Trusts. In addition she also works with private clients.
She has a variety of other interests, which include women’s personal development, leadership and management development for middle managers and team leaders, career coaching, life balance coaching and psychometric testing.
Annie is a member of the Association for Coaching, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and Member of the British Psychological Society.
