My major area of expertise is coaching for Health Care Professionals, although I also coach people in local government, private healthcare insurance companies and higher education.

Making the right decisions

Coaching is used in all sorts of situations, for a number of different reasons.  Sometimes it’s about something very specific.  Perhaps you’re at a cross-roads in your career, or feeling anxious about an interview that is coming up because you haven’t done anything like it for years.  Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed with work, or you’re just not getting on with your new manager or a new job or task.  Coaching can also address much less tangible issues – wanting to feel more confident for example.
